The right AI, in the right places, under your control
Two ways in. We help your team use these tools well, with clear guidelines and sensible access. Or we run the work for you, and nothing goes out until someone on your side approves it.
The tools we recommend are the ones our own delivery runs on. That is where the opinions come from, and it is why they are specific.
Anything that matters has a human who reviewed it and answers for it. Nothing important is left to a model's judgment on its own.
Plenty of AI proposals are worse than the process they replace. Saying so is more use to you than selling you one, and it is not the answer you will get everywhere.
We are not a partner or reseller for any AI vendor, so nothing is quietly steering the recommendation toward one of them.
Two ways businesses buy AI from us
One is about your own team using these tools well. The other is work you hand over entirely. They answer different questions, and if you only need one we will say which.
Where it pays off, and where it does not
This is what we would tell you across a table, and it is the same test we apply before recommending anything. Most of it is in the second column.
What it is genuinely good at
First versions of documentation, responses, summaries and content. The tool gets you most of the way in seconds and a person makes it right. That division of labor is where nearly all the real value sits today.
Logs, reviews, long documents, competitor activity. Summarizing, sorting and flagging what deserves a human look is work that previously just was not being done at all.
The step that used to need a person because the format kept changing and rules could not cover every case. That is automatable now, which is why automation projects that stalled years ago are worth another look.
Instead of knowing which file something is in, someone asks the question and gets an answer with the source attached. Useful in proportion to how well organized your information already is.
What is being oversold right now
These tools are confidently wrong some of the time. That is manageable when a person reviews the output, and serious when the process was designed assuming they would not have to.
Demos well, fails quietly. The further a chain of steps runs without anyone looking at it, the more small errors compound and the longer it takes before someone notices.
It moves where the time goes. It rarely removes a role, and selling it that way sets an expectation that does not survive the first quarter.
The spend usually arrives before the problem is defined. Pick the task first, then the tool, and be willing to find the answer is no tool at all.
Questions we get about AI
- Everyone says they do AI now. What makes you different?
- Most IT firms added AI to their marketing. We use it in delivery every day, which is a different thing and it shows in the advice. We can tell you which tasks these tools handle well, which ones they quietly get wrong, and which AI proposals are worse than what you already do. That last answer is the one nobody selling AI wants to give.
- Is our data safe if you are using AI on it?
- That depends on the setup, which is why it is one of the first things we settle rather than one of the last. In practice most of the AI risk we find already exists: staff pasting sensitive things into free tools because nobody told them not to.
- Which AI tools do you work with?
- Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and others, chosen per task rather than by loyalty. AI Enablement goes into how that choice gets made and how often it changes.
- We are not sure AI is right for our business. Is that a problem?
- No, and it is a reasonable position to hold. We will tell you if that is the right read for your business, and there is plenty of other work worth doing instead.
- Do we have to take AI services to work with you?
- No. Most of what we do is managed IT and building the systems businesses run on. AI is here because it is genuinely useful and because businesses are being sold it badly, not because everything has to run through it.
- Where should we start?
- With a look at what you run and where your time goes. AI is often not the first thing we would fix, and you are better off knowing that than being sold an AI project stacked on top of problems underneath it.
